School photo day is always memorable for every child and Brightpics is here to capture this special moment. Over the years, Brightpics has consistently made photo day a fun day to remember. Our professional photographers will be coming to your school with the objective of capturing that perfect expression of your child.
All Elementary Schools for the Fall Photo program are placed on our proof program. This allows you to see the pictures that were taken before ordering them. Every child will receive a complimentary class photo whether or not they decide to order individual photos. These class photos have always been a favorite keepsake for students. Additionally we offer the opportunity for schools to have sibling photos taken on photo day or retake day. This is an amazing service offered for families with more than one child attending the same school.
Retake days are also offered for all schools in case of a student’s absence or if they are not satisfied with their first proofs. All orders that are placed by the due date given on the order form are guaranteed to be delivered before the Winter Holiday Break.
We also provide the option for Elementary Schools to use Green Screen for their Fall Photos. This innovative technology enables us to offer you a wider variety of backgrounds to choose from when ordering your packages.
When can I expect my photos?
After photos are taken at the school, proofs will be sent back to the school within 3 business days of the original photo day. We guarantee this quick turn around time so that parents can easily and promptly make their order. Please allow for 4 weeks after orders have been placed and proofs have been picked up from the school for final photo packages to be delivered to the school and handed out to the students. Please make sure to provide your name, address and telephone number on your proof order when you hand it in.
Tips for Photo Day
- Wear bright and solid coloured clothing (or your school uniform) for best results
- Feel free to bring a comb so that you can style your hair before your photo
- Our photographers are trained to reduce glass glare
- Don't worry if you have any scratches or blemishes on photo day, there is an option for retouching if you order
- Bring your best smile!

These professional photos will be the perfect keepsake for years to come, reflecting your child’s high school experience.
As High Schools require, we offer the service of creating Student and Staff I.D. cards, which can be instantly printed out on photo day. Additionally a complimentary CD of each student’s Fall photos will be provided to each school so they can later use them for the yearbook.

For High School Fall Photos Brightpics offers two different programs to choose from:
Pre-Paid Program
With this program students will be provided with a pre-pay envelope prior to photo day outlining different photo packages they can choose from. Students must bring their completed envelope and money on photo day and hand it in to the photographer if they wish to order a package.
Proof Program
After photos are taken at the school, proofs will be sent back to the school within 3 business days from the original photo day. We guarantee this quick turn around time so that parents can easily and promptly make their order. This allows the opportunity for parents and students to view the pictures before making their order.
Tips for Photo Day
- If you received a Pre-Pay envelope make sure to bring it to the photographer on photo day if you’re placing an order
- This photo will be used for your student I.D. card so be sure to wear proper school attire ( sorry, no hats or headphones for these photos)
- Don’t worry if you have any blemishes on photo day, there will be an option for retouching if you order
- Bring your best smile!
Graduation marks a special moment in your child’s life. As your child moves on to another chapter in their life, Brightpics is here to capture these moments. We offer an SK and junior graduation program with a variety of backgrounds, poses and products to choose from.
Graduation photos for all students will take place on the same day during the spring. Our photographers will provide a cap, gown and flowers for the pictures and take different poses of your child. We also offer for all students a chance to order a class composite in addition to their individual photos. Composites include the graduation pictures of each student in their graduating class and provide the school name and year of graduation.
For our Elementary Graduation program we offer additional services for the School Administration. Each school will be provided with a CD of the graduation images of each child so they can be used in their school yearbook. They will also be given a larger complimentary Composite photo mounted and framed so that it can be hung up on the wall of your school.
Retake days are also offered for all schools in case of a student’s absence or if they are not satisfied with their first proofs.

High school graduation is a significant achievement for every student and one that needs to be remembered and preserved through photography. Brightpics offers a variety of photo packages to capture this pivotal moment in each teenager’s life.
Students will be provided with a sign up sheet at their school that gives each student their own designated time slot to meet with our photographers and have their pictures taken. Graduation photos will be taken at the school over a few days time so there will be many different time slots to choose from. Brightpics photographers will provide a gown, cap, flowers and a sash of the school colors for students to wear in their photos. We offer a number of different packages and products to choose from when ordering your pictures.
